Shelly Ben-David
PhD student in EECS
Shelly Ben-David joined ONE Lab in the fall of 2026 as a PhD student in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She received her B.S. and S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT in 2023 and 2026, respectively. In 2023-2024, she completed a Fulbright at EPFL in Switzerland with Professor Anna Fontcuberta i Morral. Her prior work focused on developing platforms for the deterministic synthesis and control of individual perovskite quantum dots (S.M.) and the study of in-plane Ge nanowire growth in confined V-groove selective area epitaxy and high-Sn GeSn crystallization (Fulbright).
